Mi-1 - Light multipurpose helicopter
This walkaround introduces the Mi-1 light multipurpose helicopter. It was designed in late 1940s under original prototype designation GM-1 as the first helicopter design lead by Mikhail Mil. The helicopter became shortly very popular due to its easy design, robustness and simple operation. Several plants in USSR were manufacturing this type and later the manufacturing was transfered to Poland, where the type was named SM-1.
